About me:

My path to digital accessibility began in the classroom. With six years of one-on-one tutoring and five years of substitute teaching, I learned how different people access, understand, and use information. Many of my students came from Spanish-speaking homes or had specific disabilities, which naturally led me to specialize in adapting materials so that no learner would fall behind.

In 2022, I brought that same commitment to inclusion into the technology sector. To build on that experience, I earned my CPACC certification and completed the extensive DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester program. Today, I combine empathy with structured, code-level auditing. Whether using manual tools like ANDI to map out reading and tab order or ensuring alignment with WCAG standards, I help organizations build digital experiences that welcome all users.
