No Sound or Static Only

  • Make sure the volume is turned up and not muted.
  • Check that your antenna is fully extended and positioned away from metal surfaces or other electronics.
  • If using Bluetooth mode, ensure your device is paired correctly and within 30 feet.
  • Try switching to another frequency band (AM/FM/DAB) to test reception.

Radio Won’t Power On

  • Confirm that the power cable is securely connected and the outlet is working.
  • If using battery power, check that the batteries are installed correctly or fully charged.
  • For solar-powered models, ensure the panel has been exposed to direct sunlight for at least 2 hours.
