Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

These are a delicious, spicy snack. Careful, it's very easy to make a meal out of them!

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and membranes. This will create 12 jalapeño halves.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese and cheddar mixture. Be generous, but don't overfill.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a strip of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeño poppers on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
