The anime Characters Ken Kaneki and his friend Hideyoshi Nagachika, ken kaneki is a college student who survives an encounter with the binge-eating ghoul Rize Kamishiro, after having her organs transplanted into him. As a result, Ken became a half-ghoul, half-human hybrid, who learns the ghoul lifestyle after working at the ghoul-run cafe "Anteiku." Later he is captured by a dangerous ghoul, named Jason, due to the similarities he shares with Rize.
Touka Kirishima
Touka and Kaneki are close friends and lovers. They met when Kaneki had been turned into a ghoul and was hired to work at the cafe that Touka also worked at, which was a covert safe space for ghouls to exist.
Their friendship started off negatively but gradually they grew closer and fell in love.
season 2 and 3
ken kaneki joined touka brother cerw his name is Ayato Kirishima he has lost his memories but Jason was torturing him, Kaneki concluded that not having enough power kept him from protecting the ones he loved. In order to keep them safe, Kaneki decided to get stronger. He realized that the only way to do that was to join Aogiri Tree.
season 4 last session
After Furuta leaves his last breath, Kaneki goes to the core of the Dragon in order to destroy it only to find out that Rize's body was used as its energy source. After releasing her, the battle comes to an end. Six years later, Tokyo has come back to normal with humans and ghouls living peacefully amongst each other.
Despite the hardships they both had to go through they were eventually reunited and married. Kaneki and Touka interact for the first time. The two had actually met briefly when Kaneki visited the cafe, Anteiku, and she served him some coffee, oblivious to the existence of ghouls. After the Defense of Tokyo, Kaneki and Touka currently live happily married, with a daughter and another child coming, with humans and ghouls finally united together. There daughter name was Ichika Kaneki.
