Poison Vines

So we have a unknown protagonist. We do not know his name, his age, his date of birth, or his parents. He was found by a traveler in the middle of the forest unconsious.
The protagonist was in the region of vine doing a quest for the travelor. He was helping the travelor find water. He went into a cave to look for water and in the cave he finds a dog and th dog leads him. He then ends up getting lost and has no water.
The protagonist has a specialty to where he can survive off of what he has in his body already. He has good vision that helps him see clearly at night.

When Marcus comes back with food and water he found the travelor to be "passed out" in her tent when really she is sleeping.
