Findings:
- Lunch line wait takes up a good chunk of lunch period
- Everyone would be waiting for a long time
- For some people, there was hardly any time for basic needs. For others, there was less time to socialize. Most people had less time to actually eat, though.
- Most people were bored, tired, impatient, anxious or frustrated
- Most had to rush to get in line ahead or cut the line.
Define statement: School students feel inconvenienced and frustrated by lunch line waits that waste their lunch period, so they need a way to get lunch without standing in a long line.
