i love sweet fries

This appetizer uses sweet potatoes instead of potatoes. If one wants an alternative for french fries.

Ingredients

• 3 Sweet Potatoes
• 1 teaspoon of sea salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 cup of olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. Then put them into a bowl.
2. Add in sea salt and black pepper into the bowl.
3. Pour half a cup of olive oil into the bowl and mix until fully coated.
4. When fully coated put the sweet potato fries into the oven for 15 minutes. Half way turn over the fries.
5. After they are golden let them out until cool for 5 minutes.
