How did you come up with the name?
It’s a combination of the meaning of my first name and the meaning of my last name. (Referring to the owner and founder.)

More than half of our employees are neurodiverse, disabled, or d/Deaf. We have firsthand knowledge, experience, and understanding of common accessibility problems and what would make access easier. We use this insider knowledge and understanding in our approach to working with customers and coming up with a plan to meet your needs.
What is ‘neurodiverse’ and how can it be a good thing?
It is the name of a concept. This idea is that human brains can work in many different ways and this isn’t a bad thing. It is simply a fact of life. In fact, having a brain that works differently can be a good thing. Many neurodiverse people have unique strengths and skills, largely thanks to how their brain works. We believe in harnessing this and allowing people with all different kinds of brains to prosper and make a difference.
I can’t make/receive voice phone calls or I communicate best in some other way. How can I contact you?
There are several ways of contacting us. In addition to a regular voice call, you can reach us by email or video phone. If you contact us by video phone, you will reach a staff member who is fluent in American Sign Language. If you mainly communicate in a different signed language (such as BSL or LSQ), we can connect a remote interpreter who will help everyone communicate effectively.
