Evanis' Lament

[Pictures, text, story, etc. by Evan W.]

It was never the cold that bothered me...
Rather...
My many, many past mistakes...
A man with horns is sitting inside of a cave while levitating some sort of sphere. It aappears to be snowing outside.
Oh Janeraph, my love... Why did you do all this?
The poor fools ensanered by Janeraph's lies...
Two individuals, a kneeling man, and a standing woman, praying to what appears to be a stone statue of an angel, sitting in front of a tree.
Why didn't I do anything?
Such thoughts leaves me reeling with regrets...
Couldn't I have tried to save them? Could I have opened her eyes?
The man with horns again in another cave, sitting with his face in between his legs, crying.
But no more!
Regardless of the costs...
I swear to rid this world of its chains... So that all may be free... So that I may get to truly see her, once again...
The man with horns, now back in the cave from the first panel, standing and holding a hand over their face as they look out to the tundra outside the cave.
