The "Why": This aligns with my core values of efficiency and health.

Target Audience: Busy working professionals and college students.

Initial Assumptions

The "Who": A 35-year-old busy professional who just got home from a long shift.

The "Why": They want to feel in control of their health and save money.

The Status Quo: Relying on expensive, unhealthy takeout apps.

The Emotion: Overwhelmed, frustrated, and drained.

User Interviews

Questions Asked: 1. How does meal planning impact your weekly routine? 2. What temporary fixes do you currently use?

Answers: "I try to plan on Sundays, but I usually get too tired and end up ordering food by Wednesday."

Observation Notes

Observed: Watched a roommate stare at the open fridge for 3 minutes, sigh heavily, and then immediately open DoorDash.
