Aboriginal Flag

Harold Thomas created the Aboriginal Flag in the late 20th century. The flag's first use was July 12, 1971 during a land rights rally at VS/Tarntanyangga, Adelaide on National Aborigines' Day. It represents the strength and pride of all Aboriginals. The flag is flown or displayed permanently at Aboriginal centers across the continent.

Black American Heritage Flag

The Black American Heritage Flag represents the history, culture, and accomplishments of Black Americans in the United States. It was designed in 1967 by Melvin Charles and Gleason T. Jackson during the Civil Rights Movement, and was first displayed at Newark City Hall in New Jersey on March 5, 1967.
